Weekly Event at St. Peter's Church, Clapham, London SW4 6BX

Working Class Culture is an important part of the defence against bourgeois global consumerism.  We have allowed the Middle Class to dictate what is art (modern rubbish which needs explaining, because it means nothing to real people); what is music (degenerate decadent atomising manufactured sounds which do not connect to the inner being); what is everything!  Immersing ourselves in Working Class Culture is a way of reconnecting to a better way of living, and disconnecting from the universal dross which exists only to make the rich richer.  We are fighting against the capitalist disease.  We have been conditioned to see culture as something which is for other people.  A part of the fight for freedom is rejecting this false belief, and creating a genuine culture which the ruling class has no part in.

Every Thursday morning between 10 am and 12 noon SMPBI Cultural Officer, the Rev'd David Parry, holds a Celebrity Drop-in Centre at St. Peter's Anglo-Catholic Church in Clapham, London. All in all, community support is offered in a friendly atmosphere, while well-known guests from the media, arts, theatre, as well as the world of sports, take tea with us as honoured guests. Everyone (local or not) is welcome.
