Overview
This consultation seeks your views on how best to reform the process of changing one’s legal gender. The consultation focuses on the Gender Recognition Act 2004. We are not proposing any amendments to the Equality Act 2010.

This consultation does not consider the question of whether trans people exist, whether they have the right to legally change their gender, or whether it is right for a person of any age to identify with another gender, or with no gender. Trans and non-binary people are members of our society and should be treated with respect. Trans people already have the right to legally change their gender, and there is no suggestion of this right being removed. This consultation simply asks how best Government might make the existing process under the Gender Recognition Act a better service for those trans and non-binary people who wish to use it.

To make the process of filling in the online consultation easier, we recommend first downloading and reading the full consultation document (PDF), before starting the online survey.

Having started the online survey questions, you can save your answers and come back to it later.

You don't have to answer all of the questions. You can choose the ones that apply to you, or are important for you. Leave answers to the questions you don't want to respond to open.

The Reform to the GRA puts Women in danger.  It is profoundly Homophobic, treating homosexuals as people in the 'wrong' body, who need to have surgery to align their bodies to their minds so they can have faux heterosexual relationships with people who are the same sex as them, only without surgery!

The Reform to the GRA puts children in danger.  It encourages parents, doctors, schools to go along with an ideology which leads to surgery and permanent damage, for what is in most cases a passing fad.

SMPBI says, No to Sex Self-ID.  Unfortunately, there is no option to scrap GRA altogether and end the trans madness. - this will take a revolution to achieve.  But in the meantime, to protect our nation (impressionable children, women, homosexuals, mentally disturbed individuals caught up in the mania (especially those with autism), indeed everyone), complete the GRA form and say NO to this madness.  The consultation ends in a week.  Get busy!

Transwomen are Men

Lily Maynard
The media circus is full of high-profile men claiming to be women. Most of them didn’t ‘transition’ until mid-adulthood and there’s a very good reason for this. Parents twenty years ago realised that childhood, the teenage years – and even the early twenties – are times of tumultuous change for growing humans.
Screen Shot 2018-03-20 at 17.45.20.pngPuberty was unpleasant for most of us; hellish for some of us, but often these men have an idealised fantasy version of the elusive girlhood they feel they were denied: a Victorious style time of pillow fights, bubblegum and girlish confidences.
‘The Gender Speaker’ a late-transitioning man who works in Transgender Awareness Training, has this to say:
“I had missed out on the teenage years, getting all dressed up for a night out, wearing strappy tops and mini skirts.” He seems to imagine that being a teenage girl is just one long femininity-performing trip to the disco. The reality? A friend of middle-child told me three days ago that she’d started wearing a big fluffy fleece jacket belonging to her father because, “I’m sick of men staring at my tits”.  She is twelve years old.
In addition to convincing themselves that all the problems they’ve faced in life could have been avoided if only they had been born female, these men also like to consider themselves experts on both ‘sides of the fence’, hence Arundel’s blogpost ‘How Women can be More Successful in a Male World’;  Munroe Bergdorf’s:  “Women are getting feminism wrong”  and Juno Dawson’s tagline for his 2017 book ‘The Gender Games’ – The problem with men and women… from someone who has been both.”
Think about it carefully for a moment. Is it really likely that there is no history of child transition- back in the ancient literary archives of the last century and beyond- because young people ‘didn’t have the words’? Were men all inarticulate idiots back in the days of Chaucer, Milton, Shakespeare, Dickens, Whitman and Tolkein? Were Sappho, Benn, Shelley, Brontë, Dickinson and Woolf unable to ‘find the words’ they needed to articulate their experiences? There is a rich and profound history of writing by same-sex attracted people throughout history, but the culture of transgenderism is new and is perpetuated almost entirely by men.
Despite decades of male privilege these men suddenly demand to be addressed as and viewed as women, while in the next breath claiming, ‘I’m still the same person inside’ or ‘I was always a woman”.  However they protest to the contrary, it seems that their view of womanhood is a vague, elusive feeling that manifests itself through red lipstick, gently waved hair and tits.  This is such bullshit that it is hardly a surprise that many women are offended by the claim. Woman is not a costume, it is a biological fact and to say so is not ‘defining women by their vaginas’. Woman is not something you can ‘identify’ in and out of, it is a physical state of being.

When did it become an act of hatred to state the obvious?

Let’s be really clear here, I don’t care what these men choose to wear, how they style their hair and who they do or don’t fuck. They should be safe in public spaces; they should have the same rights to housing, jobs and earned respect as anyone else. They should feel safe. Nobody deserves to be threatened, hit, or assaulted for the clothing they wear or their sexual preferences. I’m all for diversity and breaking the bonds of social convention. Men can wear make up, of course they can! Bloody good for them! It just doesn’t make them women. This current trend isn’t about ‘gender bending’, and it certainly isn’t about challenging the boundaries of gender or breaking down stereotypes.
I’ll say it again and again and again; for no matter how often I say it I’m accused of speaking with hatred – I do not hate men for thinking they can become women. I am angered by their audacity and yes, part of me pities their confusion but this is not about hating men, it is about hating a harmful ideology.  I hate the idea that women are expected to accept that ‘woman’ is some sort of inner girly feeling that can be appropriated by a man who believes that growing his hair, wearing a blouse, taking hormones and- sometimes- undergoing surgery, means that he somehow understands a collective experience of womanhood and has the right to speak on behalf of women.  It does not. No man has that right and no man who cares about women would try to claim that right.
It’s intensely conservative and individualistic. Woman as a concept rather than the messy reality of life. Self transformation rather than tackling narrow confines of sexist stereotyping of both sexes’.
                                                                                     Dr Mary Chadwick
So now we’re going to look at a few high-profile men who claim to be women. I’m not going to say anything ‘hateful’ about them, because- let me say it one more time- I don’t actually hate them or wish them harm. I’m just going to state a few facts.  I’m taking a deep breath here and reminding you that the Junos and Indias and Shons of this world are not women. They are men. They were raised as men and they grew up as (gay) men. All three of them worked in media before transition and are no strangers to male privilege.

DAWSON

Screen Shot 2018-03-13 at 10.56.58In 2013 James Dawson published ‘Being a Boy‘.  The Amazon blurb claims: ‘former PSHCE teacher James Dawson expertly guides boys through puberty’.  In 2013, Dawson was a bit of a gay role model.  Of his novel ‘Cruel Summer’ he said “Why wouldn’t straight people want to read about a devious, sexy young chap?” In 2014 he published ‘This Book is Gay‘ and became a School Role Model for the charity Stonewall. In 2015 he announced he was going to transition, telling the Independent ‘I just want to be one of the girls’. By 2017 he had reinvented himself as Juno and was claiming”A lot of gay men are gay men as a consolation prize, because they couldn’t be women.’
Dawson’s ability for doublethink is apparent in that he can see no irony in saying of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, “I can’t imagine that she’s dying to hear my views on growing up as a black person because it’s something I have no experience of.”

WILLOUGBY

Screen Shot 2018-03-13 at 10.58.25Jonathan Willoughby was in his mid-40s- divorced and the father of a teenage boy- when he disappeared from the world of broadcasting and returned several years later as India.
Infamously, he tried to force a kiss on singer/songwriter Ginuwine in a 2018 episode of Celebrity Big Brother and accused Ginuwine of transphobia when he wouldn’t kiss him back. When women in the ‘Big Brother’ house angered him, he declared loudly- in an unfortunate choice of words-  “I am a woman! Let that penetrate!” His goalpost for womanhood seems to be undergoing surgery, telling Pink News in 2017,  “Unless you are transitioning, stay out of the ladies. Pulling on a frock as and when the mood takes doesn’t cut it. You don’t have a God-given right to go into female-only spaces.” The irony of this seems to be lost on Willoughby, who appears to make the rules up as he goes along, while being photographed in the Ladies’ toilets.

FAYE

Screen Shot 2018-03-13 at 10.59.32In 2014, aged 26, Sean Faye was writing articles for the Guardian about being a man who wore make up.  In 2015 he claimed ‘I’m not a man, I never was’. A year later he wrote an article for the BBC on International Women’s Day in which he saw no irony in speaking of a world in where ‘femininity is still in flight from male definition, ridicule and violence’.
“Trans women live under the same system of patriarchy as other women,” writes Shon in the Guardian: in an article where he demands access to women’s  refuges and domestic violence centres ‘because I now exist as a woman’. Faye seems to genuinely believe that woman is a costume. He once told a woman on Twitter, ‘I’m a woman because I say I am, you’ve lost… enjoy your erasure”.
You may have conveniently forgotten about your 27 years of male privilege, but Shon baby, it still shows.
This list could go on. And on, and on. Don’t get me started on Riley J ‘I could start a fire with all that straw,‘ Dennis and even Lily ‘TERF TERF TERF‘ Madigan. The fact that some of these men are too young and disturbed for me to feel comfortable writing about them in depth doesn’t lessen the harm they are doing to women with their entitled appropriation.
These men are representing women. The last decade has seen an explosion in men who claim to be women and the internet is bursting with men who believe that it is quite reasonable to demand that they are referred to as women and that women who disagree with them should STFU. This is not progressive; it is nothing new. This is what men have always done to women. Shut up, TERF.
So, if I might disagree with Bergadof for a moment when he claims that,“What makes a woman ‘a woman’ has no definitive answer, nor does it need one”, I think we really do need to ask a few questions.

So what IS a woman?  How do we define ‘woman’?

Screen Shot 2018-03-20 at 11.22.49.pngIs it that she grows young inside her (but some women never have kids!) and feeds them with her breasts (but some women can’t lactate!)?
Is it her womb (but some women have had a hysterectomy!) or her breasts (but some women have lost breasts to cancer!) or her chromosomes (but some women are intersex!) or her menses (but some women never menstruate!)?
Is it her penis? No. Stop right there. Let’s get this perfectly clear. Women do not have penises. None of them.  Ever. We have a word for people who were born with penises. That word is men.
” But these days it’s really complicated to define ‘woman’.
But wait, no it isn’t actually. It isn’t at all. We all know what a woman is. A woman is an adult human female. We all came out of one. And no, that’s not to say that women who are sterile, or have had a mastectomy, or a hysterectomy are not women: of course it isn’t. NOBODY HAS EVER SAID THAT.
Pay attention class. Are you ready for a blackboard meme? Good. Magdalen Behrns introduced me to this wonderful, spectacularly succinct phrase. The fact that this phrase is fast becoming controversial sums up the absurdity of the current state of gender politics.
Lily Maynard
There is no such thing as a woman with a penis, whether she is a lesbian or not, (I discuss intersex in my articleWhat makes somebody ‘real’ trans part 2′, so I won’t digress here) but this argument is especially trying for lesbians because obviously, quote Jessie: “Euw… penises.”
So, why should we say men are women when they tell us they are?  Well, basically it seems to come down to being ‘nice’.   It’s kinder not to remind them that they aren’t really women. We know they’re confused, bless them, so most of us go along with it – because it’s ‘mean’ not to and we have been trained to put the needs of men and boys before our own since we were little girls.
And there’s one more thing we need to get clear. Right now. This is not harmless. This is not just ‘being nice’ to a few confused and vulnerable individuals, it’s far, far bigger than that. This is about your rights. And if you’re a bloke reading this, this is about your mother’s rights, your sisters’, your friends’, your daughters’… this is about Women’s Rights. Yes. THIS IS A WOMEN’S RIGHTS ISSUE! Why? Because this:

PCUSA caving in to ID Politics Trans Fascism.. Pathetic.

As ID Politics continues to suffocate the voice of sanity in the mainstream, it also is making massive inroads into the Left.  THe Communist Party of the USA (CPUSA) has turned upon its women members, and posted the following obnoxious transphilic statement:

The CPUSA is a party in America, but nevertheless, this stupidity is rolling across the globe, and the proposed changes to the Gender Recognition Act  (2004) are giving the transfascists confidence to beat down Women and Homosexuals, and push their propaganda in schools, attacking children. We in the SMPBI take a very firm position on this issue: We wholeheartedly oppose the Trans agenda, and all the other pointless distractions of the Identity Politics movement.  We do not support any changes to the GRA, other than for it to be ripped up and this despicable law abolished.

  • Women Don't have Penises!
  • A Man in a Frock is a Man!
  • Clothes do NOT Maketh the Man (or Woman)
  • A Man can NEVER become a Woman. The most he can become is a surgically mutilated Man with psychological health issues.
  • There is no such thing as Trans/Cis, only the natural reality of Men and Women
  • The Trans-agenda is Paedophilic and Homophobic, and must be smashed completely and utterly.

The Fight Against Trans-Fascism is a Fight For Decency

Trans-Fascism is a serious danger to Society.  Lesbians have rightly pointed out that the obscene 'Cotton Ceiling' ideology is a misogynistic (potentially rapist) attack on Women who do not want to have sex with Men - putting pressure on them to do so with the threat of accusation of 'transphobia'.  Transphobia is a nonsense word, but like so many before it, is destined to become a punishable 'hate crime' in the liberal dystopia we live under.  There is a very real possibility that Lesbians who do not submit to sex with men in dresses, could be hounded from jobs, and even arrested as hate criminals for not allowing themselves to be raped.

Children are the target of Trans-Fascists, with the liberal indoctrination system of 'school' sending in trans terrorists to corrupt their minds, and the media pumping brainwashing propaganda into their minds via the TV and 'music' industry - all of which, of cause, is designed to create more confused individuals, who declare themselves to be 'non-binary' (another nonsense term) and ready for genital mutilation.

Effeminate Gay Men are Men, just as Butch Lesbians are Women.  To say that people with traits associated with the opposite sex are trapped in the wrong body and need surgery to become aligned with the right one, is profoundly homophobic.

Men suffering from autogynephilia get aroused by cross-dressing, and/or fantasise about having sex as a woman.  This fetishism usually is expressed as transvestism, and it harms no-one.  The Trans-Fascists have appropriated Transvestites into their 'spectrum' of 'transgenders', promoting the idea that if a man likes to dress as a woman (usually in clothing associated with prostitutes, and hardly flattering to women), then he IS a woman, and needs surgery to align him to the right body!

Lesbians, Gays, Transvestites, Children - all are under attack.  The sexualisation of children to make profits in surgery and for hormone companies is a form of paedophilia.  Adults are being bombarded with so much propaganda that it has become normal for people to say 'they' and 'their' when speaking of a single individual.  For children, the impact of the Trans-Fascist agenda, is to break their mental health and make them easy prey to the Trans Industry - an industry which has the full cooperation of the music industry, news and entertainment media, school system, law, government, and more besides, in grooming them just as all paedophiles groom their victims.

Fight back. Educate yourself, your friends, your family, about the Trans-Fascists and what they are doing.  Stop the Trans-Fascist Paedophile Terror.

Below is a good source of literature for you to study. The folder contains a range of printable stickers and leaflets aimed at fighting the Trans-terrorists.  The UK Thought Police do not want these stickers placed in Women's spaces (Toilets, Make-up Shops, Women's Changing Rooms in Clothes Shops, Women's Refuges/Shelters, Women's Changing Rooms in Swimming Baths/Gyms) or in places such as Schools, Council Offices, Shopping Centres, Bus/Rail Stations/Shelters, or in fact anywhere at all (especially places with CCTV).  The police state mentality has now made it dangerous to distribute literature in the form of stickers, unless you are wearing a hoodie and finger-print protecting gloves and carry bottled water to apply stickers rather than DNA-rich saliva. Family as the Socialist Foundation

Family is the fundamental building block of society. A real family consisting of a Husband, Wife and Child (or Children) provides a barrier against the intrigues of the State. Fidelity is the keystone of the family. In order for the Establishment to destroy all opposition to its machinations, Family must be destroyed.

The natural role for a man is to protect his wife and offspring. The natural role of a woman is to look after her husband and any children. The media have pushed the lie that adultery is OK, in order to weaken the bonds between man and wife. Women and Men who seek sexual gratification outside the family are enemies of society.

Hugh Hefner introduced Playboy in the 50's. While most women were still trying to full fill their traditional roles, this toxic magazine had men wanting the whore, linking as a way to to their own sucess to have a tart instead of wife (or in some cases both - Mad Men) Unless we men and women find common ground instead of finger pointing, we will never defeat the "powers that be". Women are jealous of other women, if we see one getting all the attention we want to be her. So shame on the men for elevating the whore to her status and leaving real women who refuse to plastic themselves up in the lurch.

Women have been especially targeted by the Establishment. The media teaches that women are merely objects and that every concern should be material. Whether it is buying clothes which fit a prepared stereotype (trendy, Goth or other), or spending hours studying make-up and 'perfecting' a certain look, women have become victims of a system which reduces us to consumers and to little more than showroom dummies. Men are not immune from this. The trans madness is mainly men who are obsessed with what they look like (or what they think that they are supposed to think they should look like!)

Girls are conditioned to emulate pop stars, who are nothing more than glorified prostitutes. Modern pop music (whether R&B, Goth or whatever) is built upon the use of repetitive lyrics which act as a form of mind control. Lyrics which speak of sexual promiscuity implant in the mind of the listener the acceptance of promiscuity. Lyrics which speak of hatred of men and of the desirability of self-harm, condition the listener to self hatred and hatred of others. These sick distortions of normality push the listener into a position of confusion and split identity. It is from such evil that schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder take root. Whether the medium used to break the spirit and mind of the individual is in musical form or in visual form, the result is an undeniable destruction of the self.

By implanting a diseased outlook in the minds of men and women, and undermining the traditional roles of both sexes, the Establishment has lain the seeds for the crushing of the family. By creating the conditions in which friction becomes inevitable, the door is open to further State interference for the breaking of the family. It is at this point that the Establishments role in destroying the Family takes a lead overt role - in steps Social Services, the Family Courts and all the other atomising institutions.

Men and women need to unite and fight this assault on the natural masculine man and feminine woman. The only solution to our sick society is a return to traditional Socialism, to the sanctity of marriage, and to the overthrowal of so called Social Services. Adultery is not a right, but a disease created by the Establishment, and for this evil the Establishment must pay the ultimate price.

There is a tendancy to whitewash the likes of Hefner and the types of men who happily go after the whore archetype. Men like this need to be exposed, and their anti-female attitude addressed. People yearn for a society where men are men, women are women, family is the highest achievement, and the peddlars of pornography, adultery and materialism are physically eliminated for all time.

This is why more and more turn to Islam. To return to morality and work. Islam is not a solution which is suitable for a Free Socialist Republic of the British Isles.  We have suffered under the yoke of Bible cults for so long, that we are susceptible to another Bible spin-off.  Traditional Socialism harks back to the days of nature-based spiritualism, and does not need a hierarchy of Ruing Class appointed clergy to act as links between the physical and the spiritual.  A return to a natural order IS a return to a way of life where we are self-sufficient in all matters, and where we reject priestcraft.

Trans-fascism is the next step in the break down of family.  It denies nature.  It denies the unity of men and women and the foundation of society.  It attacks homosexuality with the lie that Lesbians and Gays are really 'trapped in the wrong body' and can be 'cured' by radical surgery.  The T attached to LGB is an abhorence.

A return to sanity cannot occur within a Capitalist framework.  As Revolutionary Patriotic Socialists, we affirm that individualism is a major problem, and that the damage of this selfish mentality will take a massive amount of deprogramming.  We are aware of the brain-washing of the pornographers, the 'gender' dictators, the psychological warfare against the family structure.  This will require a Socialist System which rejects the divisiveness of feminism and masculism, putting focus instead on mutualism and the need for everyone to work together for what is best for all of us.  We reject liberal decay. Working Class Socialism is for Family, Tradition, and Biological Reality.  Liberal individualism has brought us to the brink, and we will not tolerate it, nor those who push it and profit by it.

Women Matter. It is time to fight against the Trans-insanity. Get the T out of LGBT

The liberal anti-Society forces, whether seen through Capitalist or Trotskyite eyes, have no respect for the Feminine, and no respect for the natural order of life. Their idea of empowering Women is to abolish the distinction between Male and Female.  This is not a celebration of Women, but a denial and defamation of Women.

The carefully-orchestrated and long planned for 'gender identity' ideology is a part of the assault on Women.  Big pharamceutical corporations are making a fortune from the sale of chemicals which block puberty, leaving children in a permanent state of emotional/physical retardation.  Doctors are making a fortune by collaborating with big pharma (just as they have long been doing in connection with toxic vaccines). The mass media and so-called entertainment industry are all a part of the Transgender Industry.  It is highly probable that the industrial pollution of the water supply has contributed to this phenomenon.  The assault on Sex (or to use the liberal buzz-word, Gender) has nothing to do with Rights, and everything to do with Profits.

A Woman is far more than the clothes she wears.  To suggest that putting on a pair of heels and lipstick turns a Man into a Woman is ludicrous.  A Man who enjoys dressing in the clothes of a Woman, is a Man who enjoys the feel and sight of those clothes.  He is indulging in a fetish.  There is nothing wrong with this, but also nothing more to it than this.

Many people have a fetish. Some people like Bondage, others Role-playing. The number of alternative ways of gaining pleasure, through the sensations of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste, is so vast, that there are as many different ways to sexual arousal as there are people. Other factors such as anticipation, power-play etc add to the rich tapestry of human experience.  Sadly, mainly religiously-sanctioned bigotry, has led to some experiences being viewed as sinful and wrong.  We do not speak here of genuinely wrong actions such as Rape and Paedophilia in any form (itself a sub-category of Rape), but of the experiences of consenting adults as couples, in groups or as individuals.

Judgemental aproaches to fetishes have led to people banding together united by their fetishes.  The liberal globalisers have latched onto this as a means of creating a set of victims which they can manipulate to sew division in Society at large.  In the case of the Trans phenomenon, the victims are those who the Industry encourages to be sexually mutilated - and in the worst cases, these are Children whose parents and health-care workers act upon them in the manner of a Paedophile.

Today in London at the 'Pride' event, an organisation came forward to stand up for Women, in particular Lesbian Women, who are under attack by the Trans Industry.  We applaud them for making a stand.

SMPBI has a membership policy which states that we do not ask about anyone's sexuality, because we do not consider it important.  As long as the people involved are consenting adults, people can do whatever they wish.  The Trans-Fanatacists are attacking society in a manner which cuts across sexuality, and so our opposition to Trans-Faddists, is a reinforcement of our belief that what people do in private is their own business, but what people do which impacts upon the lives of others, is the concern of all of us.

Children as young as 5 years old are being manipulated into undergoing therapy to stop them developing naturally.  This is child abuse of the worst kind, and we will stop this.  Liberal parents who think that their trendy ideologies matter to the point of harming innocents, really deserve to be treated in the same way as murderers and rapists, and be afforded the penalty for crimes of a Capital nature.

The Education and Health-care systems are pushing the lunacy that a Woman who is attracted to a Woman, may be a Man trapped inside a Woman's body, and that the 'solution' to this misalignment, is surgery, to give the Woman the outward appearance of a Man.  For a Man attracted to Men, it is encouraged that he have his penis chopped off and dress like a prostitute.  As well as trivialising the value of Gender (Sex), this is blatant homophobia, which aims to shame homosexuals into surgery to cure them of this 'problem'.  In the very rare cases of genuine Gender Identity Disorder, the solution to a body and mind being out of snyc, is for the mind to be treated by psychiatry, to restore the mind to the body.  Surgery is never a solution.

XX and XY Matter - Liberal 'feelings' bullshit doesn't

SMPBI has opposed Trans-Fascism in a quiet way.  Now we take inspiration from the courageous Women of Get the L Out, and make our position more clear.  We demand that the LGB movement go back to basics, and kick the homophobic 'T' out of LGBT.  We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with everyone who opposes the genital mutilation which is being pushed by big pharma and others who stand to make money out of human suffering.  We do not accept the nonsense of gender fluidity.  A Man is a Man. A Woman is a Woman.  With the exception of an incredibly small number of hermaphodites, that is that.  Gender and Sex are two ways of saying the same thing. There are Only Two Genders and Transgenderism doesn't really exist.

This will offend SJW/liberal/Trot lunatics, and we hope it does.  As an amendment to our Membership Policy - anyone who considers him or herself as 'Trans', or 'Gender Fluid', or 'non-Binary', need not apply.  We will not accept you.  We stand by NATURE and REALITY. There is nothing else.  The only place trans is real is in the sickness of the mind of middle class liberal filth, and the cure for that is incarceration in lunatic asylums where they can be as crazy as they like and be no harm to the rest of us.

Crush the Trans-Fanatics Campaigning to Crush Freedom

The liberal bigots are becoming increasingly extreme and arrogant.  They have an agenda, and will attack all who do not comply.

We are used to the agents of George Soros being mobilised to attack critics of open borders globalisation. The chants of 'nazi scum, off our streets' used to be confined to those accused of racism, and in many cases, the sieg heiling and swastika tattoos were a bit of a give-away that perhaps those accused of being nazis, might be!

Now the liberal bigots have extended their range of enemies to include all who do not accept every single social justice warrior obsession.  Pastor Niemoeller warned us that we must be on our guard for those who silence free speech, lest by allowing people we dislike to be silenced, we might be next.

"First they came for the Nazis, but I wasn't a hobbyist living in a fantasy realm, idolising a long dead Austrian with a silly moustache."

"Then they came for UKIPpers, but I could see that Nigel Farage was a bourgeois dick, so I didn't say a word to stop that sad organisation going under."

"Then they came for the Communist Party of Britain, but I was sickened by the way they used the Morning Star to agitate for the Middle Class Trotskyite, Jeremy Corbyn, so I thought 'F*ck 'em'......"

Of course, the point is this. We might not care when idiots with shiny heads and a nostalgia for a version of history which only exists because Hollywood made it up, are subjected to chanting which is aimed to stop people hearing what they have to say.  We might not care that UKIP has been imploded, now that it has served its purpose of attaining a Referendum on the EU (we may even laugh that the Ruling Class lost the Referendum when their safety valve gained support it wasn't supposed to gain!).  We might not care that the CPM, is coming under pressure to conform to the liberal lunacy because it has influence in the Labour Party.  But we should care - ad we should care at every step of the journey towards liberal dictatorship.

The attack on the Morning Star needs to be a line in the sand. The line should have been earlier, and certainly we cannot afford to let the liberal disease continue further.

On the 4th July, the Morning Star issued the following editorial:

 Dear Editor,

We, the undersigned, have a variety of positions about proposed changes to the Gender Recognition Act. Some of us have not yet fully formed our opinions.

We are calling for action within our movement to allow debate to take place over proposed changes to the Act.

You may be aware that on April 13 this year, an activist, Tara Wood was convicted of the assault by beating of Maria MacLachlan, a 60-year-old woman who had gathered with others in order to attend a meeting at which they could discuss the potential impact on women and girls of such a change to the law.

On March 8, an incident also occurred on a Bectu picket line in which trans activists, with no connection to the industrial dispute itself, mobbed and verbally attacked a female trade union member on the basis of having recognised her as an attendee at a similar meeting.

And in late April women in Bristol looking to meet and discuss changes to the Gender Recognition Act were met with masked activists blocking entrances to the venue, and deliberately intimidating those wishing to go inside.

More recently, a meeting organised by Woman’s Place UK was targeted with a bomb threat which Hastings Police are investigating as a serious incident.

These cases are part of systematic attempts to shut down meetings organised by women at which they can discuss potential legislative changes and the impact these may have on any sex-based rights already enshrined in law.

They draw the whole of our progressive movement into disrepute.

Some trans rights activists even continue to justify the use of violence, meaning that many women are simply too frightened to attend meetings that are both public and lawful in order that they may discuss their own rights.

Other women, including ordinary women concerned for their rights, as well as those active within the trade union movement and other political campaigns, are also now anxious and fearful that they will be subjected to such attacks when engaging in any political activity, meetings, or protests.

We are sure that, whatever your view regarding the issues around the Gender Recognition Act, you will agree that it is unacceptable for women to be made scared to engage in political life.

We, the undersigned, publicly and unequivocally condemn the use of violence or tactics of intimidation on this issue.

Yours sincerely,

This reasonable call for Trans terrorism to be opposed, and for Women to be able to engage in political action, without fear of Men who calim to be women attacking them, has resulted in the Morning Star coming under attack from the Trans-Fanatics/Trans-Faddists/Trans-Fascists.  The following is a part of the campaign to silence the Morning Star, and worryingly, it is signed by members of the Labour Party, the police, Trades Unions and - of course - students (Middle Class bigots who form the core of the liberal despotism):

Petition began 5th July 2018:

Morning Star readers against Transphobia
We write this statement as young supporters, readers and honest well-wishers of the Morning Star.
We wholeheartedly support and champion the Morning Star. In a media environment which is extraordinarily hostile to the interests of working class people, it is a treasured advocate for the labour movement. Its coverage of industrial disputes and commitment to socialist politics are second to none, and the paper has a vital role to play in society.

We also believe in the human dignity of all, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or ability. We believe that intrinsic to socialism are the human rights of all marginalised and oppressed groups in society and that our movement must strive to achieve this. Freedom from discrimination and prejudice, the maximisation of human potential and the right to live as one chooses – granted it does not infringe upon others rights – is crucial to this.

That is why we support the Labour Party’s policy to reform the Gender Recognition Act in line with the principle of self-declaration, and Labour’s recent clarification that trans women are able to stand in All Women Shortlists. Trans people have long argued that the current over-medicalised process for transitioning gender on their birth certificate has serious detrimental effects to their mental health, as well as being expensive, invasive and arduous. We support their right to define the needs of their community.

We also recognise that any potential arenas where self-declaration could be maliciously exploited to harm vulnerable individuals needs to be carefully considered. A reformed Gender Recognition Act must include clauses to allow for prisons, refuges and hospital wards to exercise the necessary flexibility to guard against any such rare cases of false self-declaration.

Having listened to the many legitimate concerns women have about self-declaration, all of which have been dealt with practically in other countries who have implemented this policy, we conclude that there is no inherent contradiction between trans rights and women’s rights.

Yesterday, the Morning Star published a letter, signed by 153 people, which outlined four acts of aggression by trans activists against “ordinary women” and a condemnation of the tactics of violence and intimidation being employed.
Read without context, the letter reads like a reasonable and heartfelt plea for civility. Indeed, many of those who signed it will have taken it at face-value and treated it as such. However, the context and the signatories reveal much more than is apparent in the letter.

Firstly, the juxtaposition of “trans women” and “ordinary women” is a false one that the vast majority of women do not buy into. Most women on the Left – and in society at large – advocate solidarity between trans women and biologically-born women, as shown by consistent opinion polls.

Secondly, the acts of violence and intimidation reported on are a one-sided version of event that paints a black-and-white picture of the aggressive oppressor (trans women) and the helpless victim (“ordinary women”). This demonization plays on women’s fears of male aggression. Much abuse and intimidation online comes in the form of bullying and shaming trans women through name-calling, doxing, references to their genitalia and disclosure of intimate details of their previous gender.

Thirdly, the signatories do not match up to the victim status they aspire to. They include Jennifer James, who was suspended from Labour for transphobic bullying and abuse - and who raised £27,000 in an attempt to take the Labour Party to court to ban trans women from standing on All Women Shortlists. The letter, overall, supports the anti-trans group Women’s Place UK who are lobbyists for the cause of demonising transgender people.

It is hard to honestly deny that this letter isn’t just another part of a long-running propaganda campaign which not only seeks to obstruct reforms to the Gender Recognition Act, but to vilify and demonise trans women.

This anti-trans media moral panic bears a strong resemblance to the anti-gay media moral panics of a few decades ago. It has whipped up the fears of a coalition of concerned mothers, socially conservative older people and gender-critical feminists who can’t fathom transwomen through any lens other than “men who are trying to harm women”. It saddens us greatly to see that the Morning Staris an industry-leader in this biased coverage of trans issues.

We are disappointed by the unbalanced coverage of the trans debate taking precedence over the great number of other important issues the Morning Star covers. For instance, at a quick online search of sixteen articles recently published by the Morning Star about transgender issues, 14 could be described as "hostile" to trans people while only 2 could be described as "supportive" or "neutral" on the question of trans people.

Like most Labour Party and union members, we care about creating a movement and a country in which the rights of marginalised and oppressed people are protected.

Most worryingly, it is obvious that the Morning Star's apparent policy of giving voice to a small-but-vocal group of trans-exclusionary feminists is deterring thousands of young readers and is a source of embarrassment to the paper’s young supporters.

The paper risks becoming wholly toxic to the thousands of young socialists, inspired by Jeremy Corbyn, who should be the Morning Star’s natural constituency - and who will be the paper’s future readership if it is to have a future.
The Morning Star has a proud and extraordinary history. It continues to make a vital contribution to the British labour movement.

However, if the Morning Star continues to prioritise the views of a minority of anti-trans lobbyists over the vast majority of young progressives in our movement, we believe the paper does not have a future. If change doesn’t come, the paper is doomed.

We hope that the Star’s editorial board will take this opportunity to end this toxic coverage.

This lunacy has to stop.  We may not agree with the CPB on most issues, but that doesn't matter.  We certainly disagree with the CPB endorsing the bourgeois Corbyn, but that is beside the point. The Morning Star and CPB  are now in the firing line of the liberal tyrants, and those of us who believe in freedom, have to say enough is enough, and stop the liberal globalising bigots now.

Liberal bigots have to be stopped. Women are under attack from these people. Lesbians and Gay men are under attack from these people. People who are happy to accept that genitalia is an indicator of gender (people who accept reality and reject liberal sjw identity fantasy) are under attack from these people.  People with genuine Gender dysphoria are under attack from these people.  Liberal bigots have been allowed to go unchallenged, and now we are all in the firing line.  Stop them. Stop them now.
